  • How do I join Taifun?

    You need to fill out and submit a short application form on the website and go through a series of interviews with a recruiter and the team commander.

  • Mobilization or contract?

    Both are possible. For active military personnel who are transferred to Taifun, the contract is transferred to our unit.

  • Can I join without military experience?

    Yes. We are ready to teach you everything you need to know to serve successfully in the unit. But you need to be motivated and have at least minimal knowledge of UAVs. If you have already taken specialized courses or training in UAV control, this will be an advantage.

  • Is there a basic training course and how long does it last?

    All civilians who join the unit undergo a basic military training course. The course takes place at the training centers of the National Guard of Ukraine. On average, it lasts 60 days.

  • What are the physical fitness requirements?

    No matter what position you are applying for, you should understand that Taifun is a special unit. Therefore, the candidate's physical fitness is important. However, it is not as important as motivation, knowledge, and skills.
